Old stone house located in the small town of Noves de Segre which is 12 km from La Seu d'Urgell and 14 km from Andorra.
The house, oriented to the south, is surrounded by a large garden with woods and meadows, has a fantastic view over the valley of Segre river.
The garden has an area equipped with a basketball net and swings to enjoy the little ones.
There is also a barbecue, a table with shade to enjoy the good weather and a pond adapted for swimming and private swimming pool of 6 x 4 meters.
Distributed in 2 floors.
Ground floor: Large living room with TV, wood stove and dining room, there is access to a terrace with views over the valley.
Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsules coffee machine and fireplace-barbacue. 1 twin bedroom. 1 double bedroom with TV and bathroom with bath and the washing machine. 1 bathroom with shower Access to the lower floor from inside staircase or from the garden.
Lower levels: 1 double bedroom bathroom with shower. 1 double bedroom with TV. 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with shower.
A small living room with sofa, and access to the terrace and garden.

La casa muy grande, ideal para nuestro grupo de 10. 5 habitaciones y 4 baños, más que suficiente. La cocina totalmente equipada y todo muy limpio. Me encantó el patio, fue ideal para los niños y nuestra perrita. Tiene zona de barbacoa con mesa y bancos de madera. Hay zona de aparcamiento. Tengo que ...
Uno de los baños tenía la mampara rota y se salía toda el agua. Los radiadores perdían agua y teníamos que cerrarlos manualmente.
La señora Carmen nos dio las llaves y como en casa.
